The following is CQC's published account of its assessment, published 12 March 2025. References to “we” mean CQC. It describes findings at that time.

Date of assessment: 14 November 2024 to 10 February 2025 We assessed 3 quality statements from the well-led key question. The scores for these areas have been combined with scores based on the key question ratings from the last assessment. Our overall rating remains good. We carried out this assessment to check the provider had addressed the issues we raised at our previous assessment in April 2024. The service had made improvements and is no longer in breach of regulations. The management team now had oversight of the service. There were effective systems for assessing, monitoring and improving the quality and safety of the service. These included regular audits of various aspects of care and record keeping, of health and safety, and of how the service was run. Any shortfalls were addressed and put right. The management team notified CQC of significant events, as required in law. This helps CQC monitor the services we regulate.
