Clifton House

Clifton House is registered to support up to 23 adults, specialising in care that helps people work towards better mental wellbeing and independence. At the time of the assessment, 17 people were living at the home. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that risks were properly assessed, safeguarding processes worked well, and staff were well supported and trained.

Inspectors found people felt safe and happy, with strong relationships between staff, the registered manager and residents. Staff encouraged independence and treated people with dignity and respect, and health and social care professionals spoke positively about the standard of care provided. Recruitment practices were also found to be robust.
