White Lodge and St Helens provides residential care for up to 55 people aged 65 and over, with 54 residents at the time of inspection. The service does not provide nursing care.

Staff demonstrated good knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to identify and report abuse. The home maintained safe recruitment practices with thorough identity checks completed before staff commenced employment. Adequate staffing levels were in place across all shifts to ensure safe care. Medicines were managed, stored and administered safely, with appropriate support provided to residents taking their medication.
