At the time of assessment 28 people lived at the home. The CQC rated the service good overall, an improvement from its previous requires improvement rating in safe and effective.

Inspectors found staffing levels had improved, with well trained staff who knew people well and treated them with dignity and respect. Concerns raised about catheter care were investigated and no poor practice was found. Management had good oversight, a strong quality assurance system, and fostered an open, transparent culture.

People and relatives spoke positively about staff and involvement in care planning.
