About Victoria Highgrove

Victoria Highgrove is a nursing home in Brighton and Hove, caring for older people, including some living with dementia. Details of the most recent CQC inspection are set out below.

Victoria Highgrove provides personal and nursing care for up to 21 people aged 65 and over, with 10 residents at the time of inspection. Some residents were living with dementia and other health conditions. The home is located in one adapted building with three floors and an enclosed garden, which was undergoing renovation during the inspection.

Staff are well trained and safely recruited, effectively protecting residents from risks of abuse and harm. However, medicines management showed some inconsistencies, with administration charts not always completed correctly. Despite these documentation issues, there was no evidence that any resident had been harmed as a result of these shortcomings.
