The home maintained a visiting policy to manage visitor numbers safely and ensure social distancing. All visitors underwent health screening and temperature checks before entering. Dedicated spaces were available for visitors to wash their hands, put on personal protective equipment, and dispose of it safely.
The home provided equipment enabling residents to use social media and maintain communication with family and friends.
