Victoria Chatsworth is a residential nursing home providing care for up to 22 older people with physical health needs. The home operates from a large detached building spanning three floors with an enclosed garden, and accommodated 17 residents at the time of inspection.
The home maintained a visiting policy to manage visitor numbers safely and ensure social distancing. All visitors underwent health screening and temperature checks before entering. Dedicated spaces were available for visitors to wash their hands, put on personal protective equipment, and dispose of it safely.
The home provided equipment enabling residents to use social media and maintain communication with family and friends.
