Hallmark Maycroft Manor Luxury Care Home

Maycroft Manor provides nursing care and support for up to 96 people, many of whom are living with the frailties of old age, dementia, or other mental health needs. On inspection, 87 people were living at the service. Residents felt safe, well-supported, and reported having enough staff to care for them. One resident said, "The carers and the care are very good. The help they provide to me is very good, that is what keeps me going, and until He up there takes me, I am happy to keep going."

Inspectors observed friendly relationships between residents and staff, with people feeling treated with kindness and dignity. A relative commented positively on the home's thorough approach, saying they had been impressed with how staff protected their relative's independence and helped them settle in quickly. Residents described staff as kind and reported having good relationships with them. Medicines are administered safely at the home.
