Park House

Park House accommodates up to 20 older people in a single adapted building, with nursing care provided by the community nursing service. At inspection, 19 people were living in the home.

Residents felt respected and well cared for by staff who knew them well, and their relatives shared this confidence in the quality of care and treatment with dignity. Staff spoke about people with care and respect, describing themselves as part of a strong and committed team that felt well supported by the registered manager and owners. The home maintained high cleanliness standards, with staff carrying out additional cleaning to reduce cross-infection risks using Covid-19 effective cleaning chemicals.
