Maiden Castle House

Maiden Castle House provides residential care and support for up to 66 people, including older people living with dementia. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 63 people were living at the service.

Inspectors found the service was safe, well-led and meeting expectations overall. Risks to people's safety were assessed and managed well, medicines were given safely, and staffing levels and recruitment were appropriate. People and relatives described staff as kind and caring, praised the registered manager and management team, and felt confident that any concerns raised would be addressed properly.
