Grassington House

Grassington House accommodates up to 13 older people living with dementia, mobility difficulties and sensory impairment across three floors. The home features a dining room, television lounge, and large conservatory lounge with level access to gardens and various seating areas. Access to upper floors is available via lifts and stair lifts.

Staff received training in safeguarding and understood how to recognise signs of abuse and report concerns appropriately. This ensured people were protected from avoidable harm. Staffing levels were adequate to provide safe care, with recruitment checks in place to ensure staff suitability.
