The home has shown improvements, with the registered manager implementing a robust governance and auditing system that keeps records up to date.

Audits identify lessons learned from incidents and accidents to enhance safety, with notifications submitted to CQC promptly. Planning and provision of meaningful activities for residents has improved, with the home considering people's individual preferences and needs when organizing engagements.
