This residential care home supports up to 35 older people and those living with dementia across two connected buildings. During the inspection, 30 people were being cared for at the service.

Staff did not consistently follow national infection prevention and control guidelines when wearing face masks in close proximity to people using the service. While quality monitoring systems were in place, audits were not sufficiently robust to ensure staff compliance with government guidance on mask wearing.
