St Elmos is a small, homely care home in Norfolk, where the focus is firmly on making residents feel safe, valued, and genuinely at home. The team here understands how important it is for families to feel confident in the care their loved ones receive, and that commitment to individual wellbeing runs through everything they do. St Elmo's provides residential care and accommodation for up to eight people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or mental health needs. The service supports younger adults, each with their own self-contained apartment adapted to individual requirements. For example, some people have access to walk-in showers or wet rooms to support those with physical disabilities.
