Heywoods Grange

Heywood's Grange accommodates ten people in one adapted building and is registered to provide care for adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, nine people were using the service permanently and one person was receiving respite care. The home is run by a registered manager who has remained in post since the previous inspection.

Staff at the service demonstrate good practice in supporting residents' needs. Inspectors found the home to be good across most areas assessed, though leadership and management required improvement in some aspects. The service operates in line with best practice guidance for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.
