Meadow's Court

Meadow's Court is a purpose-built home providing personal care and support for up to 60 adults with physical or age-related care needs, including some people living with dementia. At inspection, the home was supporting 48 residents.

Inspectors found improvements had been made to medicines management overall, though further improvements were needed to ensure people received time-critical medicines as prescribed. Quality systems were not consistently effective in identifying issues related to time-critical medicines, risk assessments, and mental capacity assessments. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives and care decisions.
