Silver Birches

Silver Birches provides residential care for up to 19 people, currently supporting 12 residents with dementia, physical disability, and mental health needs in one adapted building.

Inspectors identified ongoing concerns with infection control processes. Some equipment and bedding were found to be unclean, and systems for checking cleanliness were not robust enough to ensure consistency. Additionally, people and their relatives were not always involved when care needs were reviewed.
