About Aylestone Grange

Aylestone Grange is a care home based in Leicester, offering residents a familiar and comfortable place to call home. The team there understands how important it is for families to feel confident in the care their loved ones receive, and that sense of trust is something they work to build every day. Leicester itself is a vibrant, well-connected city, making it easy for friends and family to visit and stay close to the people who matter most.

Aylestone Grange is a small residential care home supporting people with mental health conditions and substance misuse needs. At inspection, nine people were living at the service, with two receiving personal care. Staff had received training and demonstrated good knowledge of residents' needs, though written guidance on how to support people was not consistently clear.

Despite gaps in documentation, this had not resulted in unsafe care being provided.
