Aylestone Grange

Aylestone Grange is a small residential care home supporting people with mental health conditions and substance misuse needs. At inspection, nine people were living at the service, with two receiving personal care. Staff had received training and demonstrated good knowledge of residents' needs, though written guidance on how to support people was not consistently clear. Despite gaps in documentation, this had not resulted in unsafe care being provided.
