The Magnolia Care Home

The Magnolia Care Home provides residential care for up to 38 people requiring personal or nursing care, with 30 residents at the time of inspection. People felt safe and happy at the home, with both residents and relatives reporting they knew how to raise concerns if needed. Staff demonstrated a good understanding of people's care needs and how to meet them, supported by an electronic care planning system that all staff used to record daily information and maintain up-to-date records. Systems were in place to reduce the risk of harm to residents.
