Maple House in Essex is a care home providing support for up to five people with a learning disability and autistic people. Four people were living there at the time of the CQC's assessment, which rated the service Good overall.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and were supported to build independence and take part in activities that mattered to them. Families spoke positively about staff and felt welcomed and involved. A previous breach relating to governance had been resolved, with new leadership in place and effective systems now operating to keep people safe.
