Maple House

Maple House provides personal care and accommodation to five residents in a residential care setting. At the time of inspection, the service was operating at full capacity.

Inspectors found that the model of care and setting did not maximise people's choice, control, and independence. The home did not ensure residents received the level of autonomy and decision-making opportunities expected in quality care provision.
