Hilton House

Hilton House provides care and support for up to 10 people with learning disabilities and mental health needs, set across two floors with access to a large outdoor area. The home was at full capacity during inspection with 10 residents currently living there.

The home has implemented flexible visiting arrangements that allow people to maintain meaningful contact with friends and family. Staff actively support residents to participate in activities they enjoy while maintaining safety. The team is developing an 'easy to read' information wall using drawings and words to help residents better understand their environment and support options.
