Essex Care Consortium - Plume Avenue

Essex Care Consortium – Plume Avenue provides personal care and accommodation for six people with learning disabilities and complex or physical health needs. People living at the home are safe, with risks properly identified and managed. Staff demonstrate kindness and care while actively supporting residents to maintain their independence.

Residents have access to healthcare professionals when needed and receive support to ensure adequate nutrition and hydration for their wellbeing.
