Mantles Court

Mantles Court provides accommodation and personal care to up to 66 people, with 56 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports people with physical disabilities or dementia across three floors and four units, including a specialist dementia unit. Residents have private bedrooms and access to communal lounges, dining areas, bathrooms and a garden. One resident expressed satisfaction with their care, saying staff had become friends and noting increased happiness since arrival.

Staff received safeguarding training and understood how to report safety concerns. Individual risks were assessed and mitigated appropriately, with sufficient staffing levels to provide safe support and meaningful interaction. Medicines were managed safely, and the service maintained clean environments with robust infection control processes in place.
