HF Trust - Clifton View

Clifton View is a care home accommodating up to nine people, with eight residents at the time of inspection. The service provides personal care and support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism. Staff deliver person-centred care designed to promote residents' independence, choice, and control, enabling them to live meaningful lives within the community. The home focuses on delivering coordinated, inclusive support tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.
