Potton View is a residential care home in Cambridgeshire, providing accommodation and personal care for older people. The findings below set out what the CQC observed during its most recent inspection.

Potton View accommodates 16 older people in a single-level adapted building with capacity for up to 31 residents. The home had implemented a purpose-built visiting pod with a clear screen separating visitors from residents, allowing one or two visitors at a time to visit by appointment through a separate garden entrance. During the inspection, these visits were suspended, though phone and video calls by appointment remained available for residents to maintain contact with family and friends, ensuring fair access for everyone.
