Oak Manor

Oak Manor provides accommodation and personal care for up to 64 people, with 61 residents at the time of inspection. The home has established a structured admission process, supported by a leaflet shared with residents and families to guide them through the transition to the service.

Staff have received comprehensive training on infection control and safety practices. Training covered proper use of personal protective equipment, including how to correctly wear, put on and remove PPE. Additional hand washing and hygiene training was provided during the pandemic, with the registered manager undertaking competency checks to ensure staff maintained appropriate standards.
