The manager actively monitors infection protection control measures including PPE stock levels to ensure people's safety. Staff consistently wear personal protective equipment correctly and demonstrate proper hand hygiene, having received training and refresher courses on these practices. People are supported to understand why staff wear protective equipment. The home has plans in place to manage potential COVID-19 outbreaks, including isolation protocols and staff cohort arrangements.
