Longmoor Lodge provides residential care and accommodation to up to 46 older people, with a specialisation in dementia care. At the time of inspection, 29 people were using the service. The home is split across two floors with communal lounges, quiet spaces and dining areas for residents.

Safeguarding processes were robust and protected people from potential abuse. Staff numbers were adequate and suitably trained to meet residents' needs, including their emotional and social interaction requirements. Individual risk assessments were in place with person-centred guidance to support people safely.

The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
