Camden Care Home

Camden Care Home provides residential personal care for up to 18 adults, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 16 residents were using the service, which operates across two floors with communal areas on the ground floor. While residents reported being happy with the support they received, inspectors identified several concerns. Staff were not consistently following infection control policies, leaving people at risk of infection transmission. Environmental and individual risks were not always properly assessed to ensure appropriate safeguards were in place. Governance arrangements did not adequately assure the service was well-led. All staff members spoken with raised concerns about daytime staffing levels being insufficient, though the provider committed to addressing this through consultation with staff.
