Inspectors found clear and sustained improvements, with new leadership driving stronger staff training and medicines safety. Auditing systems were robust and effective at catching issues early, and communication across teams had improved through regular meetings. People said they felt safe and confident raising concerns, and care plans now involved families where appropriate.
