Chetwynd House

This residential care home provides personal care for up to 75 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 67 residents were in residence.

Medicines were managed safely and administered on time. Risks were assessed and appropriate reduction measures were in place, with effective infection control protocols protecting residents. Staff were recruited and inducted safely, with the manager taking action when performance issues arose. Residents reported feeling safe and supported by kind staff, and staff had completed safeguarding training to maintain care standards.
