People, relatives, and staff were happy with the home's management. Staff demonstrated robust understanding of individual risks and created personalised plans to reduce or manage these in residents' daily lives, reviewing them regularly. Staff had the necessary skills and training to carry out their roles effectively and understood safe working practices to keep people protected.
