Kingland House Residential Home

Kingland House Residential Home provides residential care for up to 44 older adults, including people living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 38 people were living at the home. The CQC found the service was performing well, with safe recruitment, sufficient staff, effective training and good oversight from the registered manager and provider.

People and relatives described the home as warm and family-like, with kind, attentive staff who respected individuality. Inspectors found medicines were managed safely, the environment was clean, and safeguarding procedures were understood by staff. Relatives felt confident concerns would be addressed quickly and had peace of mind about their loved ones' safety.
