Regency Manor Care Home

Regency Manor Care Home in Poole provides residential care for up to 69 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 60 people were using the service. Residents reported being happy with their care.

Staff demonstrated good safeguarding knowledge and people received their medicines as prescribed. Risk assessments and care plans were in place, though not always detailed or person-centred. Some documentation gaps were identified but the nominated individual took immediate corrective action during inspection.

Internal audits had not consistently identified the issues found. The nominated individual began a full review of management oversight, and inspectors recommended strengthening governance systems to support this improvement work.
