Langdale House Ltd

Langdale House provides accommodation and nursing care for up to 31 older people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, mental health needs, sensory impairment, and younger adults. At inspection, 30 people were living at the service.

People receive their prescribed medicines safely and as prescribed, with best practice guidance followed throughout. When shortfalls were identified, the provider took immediate action and documented lessons learnt. Risks associated with people's individual care needs are regularly assessed and reviewed, with staff given detailed guidance on how to manage and mitigate these risks.
