Bethel/Bethesda Residential Home

Bethel/Bethesda Residential Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 34 older people across two separate sides accessed by keypad entry. At the time of inspection, 20 people were receiving care, each with their own bedroom. Some bedrooms included en-suite facilities while others had sinks only. Both sides feature a bath or shower room, dining area, and lounge, with outdoor access available through a courtyard.

Since the previous inspection, there has been a change in management and significant safety improvements have been made. The registered manager demonstrates passion for enhancing care quality and has strong knowledge of regulatory requirements. A refurbishment plan is underway to continue improving the service's environment.
