Everdale Grange

Everdale Grange provides residential care for up to 68 people, currently supporting 67 residents. The service accommodates older people, some living with dementia, alongside those with physical disabilities, mental health needs, sensory impairment and younger adults. The home operates across two buildings: Windsor and Tudor units in the first building focus on long-term nursing and personal care, while the Sovereign unit in the second building specialises in short-stay rehabilitation placements. An onsite therapy team, funded separately by health partners, supports residents' rehabilitation needs.

Safety systems are underpinned by the provider's policies and processes, with lessons learned through analysis and reporting of accidents, incidents and safeguarding concerns. The home has strengthened its emergency evacuation records and improved documentation of risk mitigation related to people's care. Medicine systems are managed safely.
