The registered manager ensured visitors could safely see family members during outbreaks by carefully assessing individual circumstances and associated risks.

Staff wellbeing was actively supported through flexible working arrangements, enhanced benefits, access to a wellbeing phone line, and involving staff in roster planning. The registered manager noted these initiatives had successfully improved staff retention and reduced workplace stress.
