Relatives and residents reported feeling safe, and the provider had assessed and implemented steps to reduce risks to people's safety and wellbeing, including environmental improvements.

The home maintained adequate staffing levels to keep people safe, and staff received training on recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns. The provider worked collaboratively with other agencies to investigate any concerns raised. Staff ensured people received their medicines as prescribed.
