Drayton Village Care Centre

Drayton Village Care Centre provides personal and nursing care to up to 91 people aged 65 and over, including those with general nursing needs and end of life care. At inspection, 78 people were living at the home.

Relatives felt care was provided in a safe manner. Medicines were managed and administered safely and appropriately. However, the home's process for recording and investigating incidents and accidents was not always followed consistently. Additionally, the systems for monitoring care plans and staff records did not always identify issues or highlight where action was needed.
