Hazeldown Care Home

Hazeldown provides personal and nursing care to 13 residents living with mental health conditions, with capacity for up to 18 people across two floors of an adapted period building. People feel safe living in the service and risks to residents, including environmental hazards, are managed appropriately. However, governance systems require further development to drive improvements. Risk assessments do not always adequately identify risks or provide sufficient guidance on managing identified concerns, and staffing level systems need strengthening to ensure adequate coverage.
