Mill House & Cottages

Mill House and Cottages provides residential care and accommodation to people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. The service currently supports 23 residents across two main building areas and nine adjoining bungalows designed to promote independence. The home can accommodate up to 44 people total.

During the inspection, inspectors observed how staff supported residents with daily activities and medication management. The service has implemented changes following previous regulatory concerns, working to strengthen its practices around safe care delivery and medicine management to ensure residents receive appropriate support.
