Heath Lodge Care Home

Heath Lodge Care Home supports up to 66 older people, including those living with dementia, in a purpose-built residential setting. The home features two units with communal lounges, dining rooms, and kitchen facilities on each floor, alongside a reading room, cinema room, and secure gardens. All bedrooms include en-suite wet rooms, smart TVs, and mini-fridges. At the time of inspection, 18 people were using the service, accommodated in the downstairs unit.

The home maintains people's safety through systematic risk assessments and mitigation actions. Staffing levels are adequate to meet residents' needs, with call bell records demonstrating prompt responses to requests.
