Lincoln House Care Home

Lincoln House provides nursing and personal care for up to 60 older people, some living with dementia, across nursing and residential units in a purpose-built building. At inspection, 40 people were being supported. Care plans detail how to support people in their daily lives with risks assessed to keep them safe. The home has made improvements to the living environment since the last inspection, including removing trip hazards from the courtyard area and improving signage where flooring changes occur.
