About Hatton Grange

Hatton Grange is a residential care home in Tameside, providing personal care and dementia support for older adults. Further details on the latest CQC findings are set out below.

Hatton Grange provides personal care for up to 70 people across three floors, with separate units offering residential care and dementia support. The service cares for people over 65 years old, and had 58 residents at the time of inspection.

People felt safe at the home. Staff were safely recruited and sufficient in number to meet residents' needs, with clear awareness of how to recognise and report concerns. Medications were managed appropriately.

However, the environment required some repairs and risk assessments were not consistently kept up to date. The home was recommended to ensure risk is regularly reviewed and assessments updated accordingly.
