This residential care home supports up to 40 older people, with a current occupancy of 35. It specialises in providing personal care for people living with dementia across three floors, which are accessible via lift and stairs. Residents have their own bedrooms and can use communal areas including adapted bathrooms, lounges and dining areas.

However, inspectors identified significant concerns about safety and hygiene. Medicines were not always managed safely, and the home was not consistently clean, safe and free from unpleasant odours. Risk management documentation was frequently inaccurate, and safe monitoring of individual risks was not always completed as required.
