Greatwood House

Greatwood House provides personal care to up to 60 people, including those with dementia, older people, and younger adults. At inspection, 52 people were using the service. The home maintains appropriate risk assessments and conducts regular health and safety checks. Staff manage medicines well, ensuring people receive medication as needed, and the home is kept clean throughout.

People told inspectors they felt safe at the service. However, staff recruitment processes did not consistently include references from previous employers in health and social care.
