It currently supports older people with a range of needs across two floors. The CQC assessed the home after concerns were raised and rated it as requiring improvement overall.

Inspectors found breaches relating to safe care, medicines, risk management, safeguarding, nutrition and governance, and raised a safeguarding alert over a past incident. Feedback from residents was mixed: some felt safe and liked the food, but many described slow assistance, poor mealtime support, limited choice, and few activities. The provider has been told what improvements it must make.
