People felt safe and comfortable with staff who provided kind, compassionate support. Relatives confirmed their family members were well cared for and safe. Staff interactions were relaxed and respectful, with staff offering support and reassurance throughout the day.
People appeared at ease with the caring approach demonstrated by the team.
