Glanmor

Glanmor provides accommodation and personal care for seven people with mental health needs. Following improvements made since the last inspection, the home now meets fire safety requirements, with new fire doors fitted throughout and fire equipment regularly checked. All outstanding issues from the fire risk assessment have been addressed.

Residents feel safe living at Glanmor. Staff support people to follow infection prevention and control measures both at home and in the community, with adequate personal protective equipment available and good practice observed. The management team provides effective support and guidance to staff, enabling them to carry out their roles competently.
