Inspectors did identify some issues, including missing fire door strips, unrestricted upstairs windows, and unauthorised CCTV placement and an unreviewed locked kitchen. These were addressed promptly and resolved by the end of the assessment. People living at the home and their families spoke positively about the kindness and approachability of staff and the registered manager.
