OSJCT Marden Court

OSJCT Marden Court is a residential care home in a purpose-built building, providing accommodation and personal care for up to 28 older people, some living with dementia. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding safe staffing levels, thorough recruitment checks and effective safeguarding arrangements. Risks to individuals were well managed, medicines were handled properly, and infection control practices were up to date.

Inspectors found people felt safe, well cared for and involved in decisions about their care. Staff were praised for their approach, and residents had good access to activities, visitors and healthcare services. People knew how to raise concerns and were confident these would be addressed by the manager or staff.
