OSJCT Marden Court

OSJCT Marden Court provides personal care to 24 people. Staff have assessed risks to residents' safety and put plans in place to minimise these risks. However, inspectors found that further work was needed around recording behavioural incidents, as not everyone displaying physical or verbally challenging behaviour had a corresponding care plan for staff to follow.

Residents spoken with during the inspection reported feeling safe at Marden Court and confirmed that staff were available to help them when needed.
