During a COVID-19 outbreak, the home managed isolation safely and creatively organized additional activities like Friday night karaoke to support residents' wellbeing. The service maintained residents' connections with loved ones by facilitating safe visits in an adapted area within the home, demonstrating thoughtful consideration of both health safety and residents' social needs.
